Senior Management Team
Noble is led by a highly experienced and well-established management team. The Company is led by Jeff Keane, who has been with the Company in the role of CEO since 2005. On average, the executive leadership team has 12 years of experience with the Company and a combined 110 years of industry experience.
Jeff Keane, Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Keane has over 30 years of management experience building brands and profitably growing companies. Jeff began his career working for some of the best-known marketing and consumer product companies, including General Mills and Con Agra/National Foods working on brands such as Betty Crocker and Hebrew National. Since 1995, Mr. Keane has served in executive roles at Playtex Family Products, Minami International and Schieffelin & Somerset. Jeff joined Noble in 2005. Jeff received a Bachelor’s degree in economics from Clark University in Worcester, Massachusetts and holds an MBA from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia.
Joel Furey, Chief Commercial Officer
Mr. Furey has 20 years of experience in commercial and operational management of high growth start-up and early stage companies. These companies include Pathways International, an export management company; Toy Vision, a start-up toy manufacturing company; and Pelican Bay Ltd., a gift food manufacturing company. Joel co-founded Noble Fiber in 1997. Joel attended Williams College in Williamstown, Massachusetts and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree (cum laude) in Economics.
Tom Bross, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Bross has over 15 years of corporate finance, accounting, and strategy experience across Fortune 50 companies, as well as early-stage companies. These companies include Boeing, KPMG, and Thomson Reuters. Tom joined Noble in 2014. Tom received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from King’s College, located in Wilkes-Barre, PA, and holds an MBA from Villanova University in Villanova, PA.
Gregory Gianforcaro, Executive Vice President of Manufacturing
Mr. Gianforcaro has over 30 years of project engineering, product development and manufacturing management experience with Scott Paper Company and Kimberly Clark. In 1995, Greg led the Scott Paper manufacturing team during Kimberly Clark’s acquisition of Scott Paper. In 1998, Mr. Gianforcaro joined Samsonite Corporation as VP of Manufacturing. In 2000, Greg was recruited to lead Dunlop Sports’ manufacturing operations for worldwide golf as Manufacturing Director. Mr. Gianforcaro joined Noble in 2006. Greg received a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Lehigh University. Mr. Gianforcaro completed post graduate course work in chemical engineering at Villanova University and the University of Pennsylvania and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Pennsylvania.
